4am Robotics showcases mobile robotics solutions at LogiMAT 2023

Flexible, safe and almost always available for use - 4am Robotics will be presenting its portfolio of mobile and application-specific robotics solutions at LogiMAT 2023.

Cross-product technology and software meet a heterogeneous portfolio that automates our customers’ material flow in a flexible and safe way with highest availability possible, while keeping systems simple as a whole. By doing so, solutions ranging from autonomous tugger trains to mobile cobots and autonomous forklifts can be automated and implemented within the customer's IT landscape in next to no time. Our autonomous mobile robot solutions reliably interact in complex intralogistics environments without needing to adapt to the infrastructure or environment beforehand.

4am Robotics combines mobile robotics with standard industrial trucks from well-known manufacturers and transforms them into autonomous transport solutions. The autonomous tugger train is used indoors and outdoors, transporting heavy cargo flexibly and efficiently over long distances.

The Autonomous Mobile Cobot enables fully automated end-to-end process chaining. Its modular design and its grippers, which can be changed on the robot arm, give the system the versatility it needs to carry out complex handling tasks. Increased stability thanks to a patented torso joint with a minimal footprint makes the cobot the ideal support system for confined warehouse environments.

4am Robotics will also be showcasing its latest AMR development at LogiMAT, the autonomous forklift that flexibly manages material flow between conveyor systems, block storage, racks and tugger trains.

"Our 4am Robotics brand combined the mobile robotics divisions of Schiller Automatisierungstechnik GmbH and Mojin Robotics GmbH in the middle of last year. This is where our decades of experience in intralogistics automation meet our expertise in AMR development," said Peter Stoiber, division manager of 4am Robotics.

All the brands are part of the SCIO Automation Group, which was founded in 2019, and is an international automation platform that currently brings 10 corporate brands together at 30 locations worldwide. Within SCIO, they combine their expertise in intralogistics, production and process automation to support their customers with intelligent solutions for the entire smart factory, including product innovations that are specific to each customer.

The brands from SCIO Automation Group will showcase their vision of flexible and customized warehouse automation as an integral part of the Smart Factory at their joint LogiMAT booth (East Entrance, Booth ES51), by exhibiting solutions, presentations and videos. MFI GmbH, Schiller Automatisierungstechnik GmbH, Modumaq Technologic Solutions and PrintoLUX GmbH will also be at the event. In addition to solutions that are designed to provide versatile warehouse and material flow, and showing off some new developments in mobile robotics, the group of companies will be presenting its patented PrintoLUX® labeling process, including its latest printing system development, SIGNO, which has been designed for industrial use.
