With its performance features, this innovative mobile cobot sets new standards in terms of its reach and pulling load. Designed specifically for pulling individual trailers, the AMC-T offers a platform that can navigate autonomously in any direction thanks to the SLAM process and handles its transportation tasks, even in challenging environments.
The AMC-T enables the complete automation of transportation processes without the need for complex infrastructure changes. Its precise navigation and safety systems ensure safe and efficient end-to-end process chaining in the operation.
In conjunction with 2D safety laser scanners, 3D cameras, emergency stop bumpers and crash sensors, the AMC-T is able to navigate autonomously even in complex environments. It constantly updates the map of its surroundings and simultaneously localizes itself within it in order to carry out precise movements. The integrated geomarker on the trailer can be used to localize it and track the trailer angle.
Integration into any master control system for order coordination not only optimizes the material flow, but also enables flexible and needs-based adaptation to different processes. The high round-the-clock availability of the AMC-T, supported by fast charging cycles and the ability to operate in low-light environments, offers a powerful alternative in times of a shortage of skilled workers.

The modular platform as the basis of the AMC
To enable more material to be transported over longer distances, the AMC can be extended with an innovative trailer system with a pull weight of up to 500 kg.
The pivot point of the trailer coupling is aligned with the center of the base. This means that the AMC can turn on the spot while the trailer simply remains stationary.
This ensures smooth and space-saving maneuvering on the road.
The modular platform is also available as an AMC-L with a 6-axis gripper arm for even more autonomous end-to-end process chains
